As a mechanical engineer by trade with a background in corporate marketing, I have been remodeling real estate as an investor for over a decade. Born and raised in Austria, I was relocated to Milwaukee in 2007 to launch a new business in construction equipment by my company. Milwaukee sparked my interest in real estate investing at that time. What started out as a hobby, became a thriving business and eventually turned into a successful new career. Now, every member of my real estate team knows how to swing a hammer and has experience in home remodeling. I live in Mequon with my wife, who is a Green Bay native and Fox Point teacher. I enjoy mentoring young agents, real estate investors, and participate in the Milwaukee Apartment Association in my spare time. When we aren’t working, my wife and I enjoy traveling, hiking, cooking and spending quality time with friends and family.

What I Do for Our Clients – My primary focus is working with sellers, advising on strategy, preparing their homes for the market and ultimately selling them for top dollar. Additionally, I work with buyers who have been referred to me by past clients. My goal is always to win clients for life.

Chris Forsberg

As a high school student in Upstate New York, I began rehabbing investment properties for an investor in 2006.  From tile backsplashes to laying roof, I’ve done it all.  At 24, I started investing in real estate myself, where I bought my first foreclosed duplex in Lawrence, KS.  House hacking while completing extensive renovations, the sale of that property has allowed me to invest further in Milwaukee County, where I currently reside with my wife and new baby daughter.  I believe in hard work, perseverance, and supporting clients in all aspects of a real estate transaction with competence, precision, and care.

What I Do for Our Clients – From contract acceptance to close, I’ll be there to guide you through the process.  From answering questions to attending inspections or photo shoots, I ensure a smooth, efficient closing for everyone involved in a transaction.

My passion for real estate began at a young age, watching reruns of This Old House on Saturday mornings. With a background in Interior Design and a knack for remodeling, I’ve done everything from plumbing to installing hardwood floors, making properties into beautiful homes.

For the last seven years, I’ve purchased and renovated homes throughout the Milwaukee metro area, cultivating a love for the City and its people along the way. My knowledge and passion for real estate manifested into a career as a Realtor, where I love helping clients buy their perfect home or investment property.

What I do for clients

My main focus is working with buyers. I enjoy leveraging my experience as a house flipper to find and negotiate great deals. Knowing the cost and scope of construction work often comes in handy when it comes down to writing competitive offers with tight timelines. I love sharing design ideas and frequently discuss remodeling options with buyers – they need to know the cost and extend of a project before making an offer!

Real estate has always been a part of my life – growing up my father taught me how to swing a hammer and renovate a home. I found I had a hidden passion for real estate, but I didn’t realize it until years later when I met Marcus and started investing in real estate. Several rental properties later, I turned what I initially thought would be a hobby into a successful business and subsequently, a new career as a real estate agent. Investing in real estate and renovating properties has taught me a lot about what to look for; what is easy to fix and what are the things that you want to avoid. Knowing the difference can make or break a deal.

I was born and raised in the Milwaukee area. I currently reside in Franklin with my wife, Alisha, our two small children, and our family dog, George. In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, exercising, and spending time with my family. After spending a decade in law enforcement in the Metro Milwaukee area, I have extensive knowledge of the City from a perspective very few others have, and I have learned a thing or two about negotiating.
